When Dillon Francis released “IDGAFOS” it was brought with widespread attention and acclaim. Personally, we think it was one of the better songs released in 2011. But now, in 2012, to our surprise Dillon has released somewhat of a remake to his memorable track and we have the pleasure of showing it to you. Nothing more can be said about this track other than it is a certified Moomabton banger! We’ve heard this song get played numerous amounts of times at different events, and the crowd reaction is always the same: pandemonium. This is an unbelievable track from the very talented Will Bailey & Valentino Khan (formerly known as Market Place, of which we previously featured). Check out the track here:

We always love hearing variations of style, and especially in Moombahton where things can get a bit repetitive. This Moombahton-infused-Hip-Hop track definitely shows versatility amongst the genres. Mr. Vega (Owner of Rot10 Musik and 1/2 of Sazon Booya) released this banger featuring rapper KO-lition. Personally, we think this track kicks and also the element of rap adds extra flavor to the song.

Now this song has been moombahtonized a million times, but we think this is one of the better remixes that we’ve heard in a while. The infamous “Still DRE” beat has a straight west-coast feel and the vocals sampled over this remix just adds to the bump-it-in-your-lowrider feel. Wick-It did a pretty good job here with this one.

We were at a party this passed Saturday called the “Brooklyn Zoo” and one of the DJs there dropped this track. Once we heard it, we just had to find it and upload it. I thought it was a very creative track that the crowd seemed to love too. This track is called “Talk Trash” from the artist Market Place, who seems to have renamed himself to Valentino Khan (though we like Market Place better). Check it out:

This is BIG! Just last night, HARDfest (a premier Electronic Dance Music festival in Miami, FL) has announced Day One of it’s Three Day festival will be a MOOMBAHTON MASSIVE! This is the first of any kind of large-scale organization to feature Moombahton on a main platform. And they feature an amazing line-up of the hottest Moombahton Artists in the game right now (give or take a few missing, i.e. Munchi?) and will sure to bring the genre to another level.

Gennaro Bailo, a New York native who started to DJ at the of 17 in various lounges around Queens, NY which lead him to play at events such as “Vampire Life” and “The Monster Party 5″, Mixing all types of EDM from Dirty Dutch to Moombahton I have no doubt that this mix he made for us here at Moombahtonmusic will leave you wanting for more.
We came across this dope artist named Popeska. He’s an 18 year old producer from Atlanta, GA and so far from what we’ve heard, he’s a beast. We particularly liked this one track called “We Can Dance” because of the vocals on the track. It creates a sort of ambiance that’s not seen so much in Moombahton.
